VISIT THE ALLGÄUHERZ-SAUNA
Regular sauna sessions stimulate the metabolism and the circulatory system – this strengthens the immune system and increases your general well-being. The influence of heat on the body has a hardening effect and prevents colds. Did you know that the Finns are convinced that saunas will make you more beautiful? And they are right! The steam and high humidity in the sauna opens pores and blood vessels. In the cooling phase, the vessels narrow again – this process makes your skin more healthy and beautiful, and even slows the aging process of the skin!
