We stock our breakfast buffet with lots of love, a large portion of organic food and delicious delicacies so you can start your new day with high-quality and regional products.
The “sweets” include various cereals, homemade Bircher muesli, a selection of fruits and vegetables, homemade jams, honeycomb honey, delicious pastries and small, fine snacks.
We serve a wide selection of bio ham and bacon, sausages and cheeses, organic egg dishes according to your taste, hearty peasant bread, rolls and pretzels.
The caffeine kick in the early morning is best catered for with coffee specialties – from the small roaster “Pur Schwarz” from the village – such as cappuccino, latte macchiato, espresso and co. Fresh juices meet the vitamin requirements, and smoked salmon makes the breakfast perfect.
Our chef Jürgen attaches great importance to regionality and freshness when shopping. This is how we support agriculture in the region and offer our guests genuine Allgäu enjoyment.
